V1 DRAFT · SUBJECT TO CHANGE BEFORE DEPLOYMENT
Eligibility of constituents.
A constituent must be a Robinhood Stock Token whose transfer rules are compatible with vault custody and pool deposits. Tokens with transfer restrictions that would prevent the vault from holding, deploying, or redeeming them are excluded regardless of volume.
Selection.
Top-N constituents by 30-day onchain volume, measured across Robinhood Chain pools. The selection window and N are published parameters. Names enter and exit only at scheduled rebalances, except under the emergency rules below.
Weighting.
Liquidity-weighted, with a 20% cap and a 2% floor per constituent. Excess weight above the cap is redistributed pro rata to uncapped names. The floor exists so that a constituent that qualifies is held at a size worth market-making.
Rebalance cadence.
Rebalances follow a published schedule. Emergency rebalances — a constituent delisted, a transfer rule changed, an issuer action — follow published emergency rules and are announced with the trigger condition named.
Reference prices and NAV.
Reference prices come from Chainlink feeds. NAV is computed every block from vault holdings at reference prices. Mint and redeem execute at NAV.
Mint and redeem.
Mint with USDG or in-kind with constituents; redeem for constituents. Draft fee schedule: none on mint, a small redemption fee to deter arbitrage churn.
